GroPro Media Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription with GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. at any time by providing 14 days’ notice before the end of the current subscription period.
• To cancel, please email us at support@gropromedia.com.
• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. services and your files until the end of your paid billing term.
• Access to account files requires an active subscription. Cancelled accounts will lose access to their files once the billing term has ended.
• After 45 days of no editing activity on an order, GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to delete files, media, and related assets associated with the order from our servers and storage on Frame.io.
Money-Back Guarantee
• First-time customers of GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. are entitled to up to three video edits within a 7-day guaranteed satisfaction period to evaluate the service quality.
• If cancellation occurs within the first 7 days of service, you may request a refund by:
• Emailing support@gropromedia.com.
• Refund amounts depend on the exchange rate between the US Dollar and your currency on the day of processing.
Payment and Refunds
• Payments are non-refundable, except under the 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5-7 working days from the request date. The final processing time depends on your bank.
• By registering for services, you authorize GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. to charge your payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) for the subscription fee on each billing cycle anniversary (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Non-payment: Your account and access to services may be suspended in case of non-payment.
• You must ensure payment information is accurate and promptly updated (e.g., billing address or credit card expiration date).
• GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. may adjust fees with 5 days prior notice, except for temporary promotions or reductions.
• Customers are responsible for utilizing the services after payment is made.
Limitations and Abuse of Service
• GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. is designed for reasonable use by agencies or companies.
• The Essentials plan is not intended to replace a full-time, in-house video editor.
• Misuse of services, including but not limited to:
• Sharing accounts/logins.
• Violating core values.
• Using services for illegal or adult/pornographic materials.
• GroPro Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel accounts found in violation.
